Mission Statement

The mission of the Medical Laboratory Technology program is to provide educational opportunities and related services to qualified students pursuing an entry-level career as a registered Medical Laboratory Technician. Upon successful completion of the program the students will earn an Associate of Science Degree and will be academically eligible for national board examinations. Beneficiaries of the program include the students, the college, the community, the profession, and other health care providers.

Program stability and viability will be ensured through a process of continuous quality assessment and improvement.
