Mission

The purpose of this unit is to facilitate and coordinate university, community and special events sponsored by ASU or community organizations on the ASU campuses while assuring that students, faculty, and staff are provided services with a minimal amount of interruption. Events staff provide the best possible customer service that will meet the needs of the rental client while allowing for the sound financial operation of the auxiliary unit. The staff is committed to serving the students on both the East and West Campuses, the faculty, staff and members of the community in a friendly and helpful environment.
