Housing Application Process

ATTENTION: Residential students who have not paid in full or do not have a payment plan in place with the University by August 2, 2024, will be dropped from campus housing.

Housing Application Timeline for Fall 2024 - Spring 2025  

Beginning March 18th, 2024, at 8:00 a.m., students currently living on campus will have access to the Housing Portal to make a Fall 2024-Spring 2025 booking.

Please see schedule of the Housing application timeline below for classification to make a room reservation:

  • March 18th & 19th: Seniors
  • March 20th & 21st: Juniors
  • March 25th & 26th: Sophomore
  • March 27th & 28th Freshmen
  • April 8th  -New Freshmen, Transfer and Off Campus Students 

Application selection: Select the term for which you are applying for housing. 

Housing Agreement: Read the contract thoroughly and entirely before accepting. 

Payment: Pay Online with a credit or debit card. 

Confirmation: Print the last page of the agreement for your records. It contains your payment receipt.

Selecting a Room

Step 1: Get your room selection start time Click here to log into MyHousing to review your room selection start time.
Step 2: Navigate to select your room Choose the Room Selection option. Then navigate to the Select a Room/Suite tab.
Step 3: View room options Select the Find Available Rooms option to view open rooms.
Step 4: Select your room Choose the Room option to make a selection.
 

March 18th -19th: Seniors (90 Credit hours or more)  

All students classified as Seniors and currently live on campus can access the portal and select a room assignment. To access the Housing Portal click here. 

MArch 20th -21st: Juniors (60 Credit Hours or more) 

All students classified as Juniors and currently live on campus can access the portal and select a room assignment. To access the Housing Portal click here. 

MArch 25th - 26th: Sophomores (30 Credit Hours or more) 

All students classified as Sophomores and currently live on campus can access the portal and select a room assignment. To access the Housing Portal click here. 

 March 27th - 28th: Currently Enrolled Freshman 

All students classified as Freshmen and currently live on campus can access the portal and select a room assignment. To access the Housing Portal click here. 

April 8th (New Freshman, Transfers & Off Campus Students) 

All students registered for 12 or more credits seeking housing can access the portal and select a room assignment below.
