ASU Foundation Announces 2023 Gala Entertainment
The Albany State University Foundation is excited to announce the entertainment for
the 2023 Blue and Gold Scholarship Gala!
During the program, enjoy the sounds of Party of Three, a string trio that is sure
to impress.
After, at the Gala Celebration Party, dance to the beats of DJ Dusei Da Great, a talented
entertainer and ASU alum.

The "Party of 3" String Trio is a Metro Atlanta-based group that is beginning to make
its mark on the Atlanta music scene since forming in Spring 2022. They play a wide
range of genres such as R&B, Hip-Hop, Afro-Beats, Neo-Soul, and Classical. The trio
consists of a violin, viola, and harp musician.

Corbin Allen is a classically trained violinist and has collaborated with Pooh Shiesty, 6LACK and
Barton Fitzpatrick. Most notably, he performed on the reality television series “Married
to Real Estate” on HGTV.
Evonee Mitchell, a viola player, has played for Cardi B, Jeezy, Big K.R.I.T, and Jimmy Fallon. Most notably, she played on the season finale of the FOX television series “Star.”
Jahmori Simmons is a music producer, songwriter, and harpist. He has worked alongside United Kingdom artists, Skepta, RAYE, D-Block Europe, Tion Wayne, Fredo, and Nines. He has produced 14 British Phonographic Industry-certified silver, gold, and platinum singles and albums.
Dance to DJ Dusei Da Great
DJ Dusei Da Great (’12) is a proud native of the Southside of Atlanta, GA, with a Ghanaian heritage.
He graduated from Albany State University with a bachelor’s in Mass Communication.
He has over a decade of experience as a DJ, entertainer, and emcee.
He has performed sets and events for various recording artists such as T.I., Tiny,
Crime Mob, Sammie, Pastor Troy, Kilo Ali, Mykko Montana, Yung Joc, and Zonnique. Dusei
currently serves as the official DJ for hip-hop recording artist Big K.R.I.T.
